Parrots, Penguins and Parties Pt 3

At the end of a long but great day, we got together at my parents house to celebrate Jack's birthday. There was pool time for Jack and his buddies, presents, tons of food and two kinds of cake!

Matt and Jack spent the morning together hiking, geocaching and making sand castles. They came home tired but happy.

One of the few bright spots of having a family member in the hospital? Lots of time with awesome relatives you don't see enough. Uncle Matt and Jack have been bonding over the past two weeks.

177/365 Another day in Miami

We are all still in Miami. Things are going. It's hard, but we are trying to enjoy being with each other.

Of course - the highlights are the great kids.

175/365 Sparklers

This evening after dinner, we enjoyed some fun with sparklers. Jack has been awesome through out all the hospital visits and waiting - so he totally deserves some fun.
